President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Thursday appointed the former Chairman ofEconomic and Financial Crimes Commission, Nuhu Ribadu as a special adviser Security.

Others appointed include Mr. Dele Alake as Special Adviser, Special Duties, Communications and Strategy, Mr. Wale Edun as Special Adviser, Monetary Policies, Yau Darazo (Political and Intergovernmental Affairs); Olu Verheijen (Energy), Zachaeus Adedeji (Revenue), John Uwajumogu (Industry, Trade and Investment) and Dr Salma Anas (Health).

The appointments were announced in a statement signed by the State House Director of Information, Abiodun Oladunjoye. ⁣

Tinubu had asked the Senate to approve his appointment of 20 special advisers to run his administration.⁣
