The Chairman of Rivers State Independent National Electoral Commission (RSIEC), Adolphus Enebeli, has declared Uzodinma Nwafor of the Action Alliance (AA) winner of the Saturday’s election.
Nwafor won the only one remaining local government in Etche area of Rivers State.
Enebeli made the declaration on Sunday in Port Harcourt, the state capital.
He stated that the AA also clinched all the 19 councillorship positions in Etche LG.
