The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, on Monday, said it has arrested 85 male and female drug suspects in Kano.
They were arrested at a nightclub in Kano, according to the Commander of the agency in the state, Abubakar Idris-Ahmad.
He said 30 of the suspects were female while 55 were male.
He, however, disclosed that the arrests resulted from complaints about drug-related activities at the club, adding that members of the club’s host community complained that the establishment had been transformed into a drug den.
