The Supreme Court sitting in Abuja on Tuesday affirmed that the election that brought Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP to powere was free, fair and credible.
It, however asked the Governor of Osun State to continue in office.
The election petition tribunal had in January this year nullified the governor’s victory.
