The immediate past governor of Kaduna state, Mallam Nasir El-rufai has allegedly said the Muslim-Muslim ticket of the All Progressives Congress in the last presidential election was designed to islamise Nigeria.
In a viral video obtained by THE PLAINTRUTH where the former governor was addressing his audience, El-rufai allegedly boasted that the APC government under president Bola Tinubu would do everything possible to silence the Christian Community.
El- rufai, who was speaking in Hausa language equally told the listeners how the APC-led government deceived Christians to vote for President Tinubu and his vice, Kashim Shettima.
“In the course of the electioneering campaigns, when “they”(Christians ) tried to ask questions on why the Muslim/Muslim Ticket, we deceived ‘them’ that it was not for religious dominance when in reality, the tickets both nationally and at the state level are for Islamic dominance.
“The victory of Bola Tinubu has silenced the Christian Association of Nigeria, and we will sustain an Islamic-dominated government for 20 years and unending not only in Kaduna State but in Nigeria at large,” said El-rufai.
